Can you connect via wifi?

No, these are POE or hardwired with coaxial pairs. Amcrest does sell wifi enabled but strongly suggest the poe since your data is not stored outside and no need to change batteries. Lastly the wifi spectrum is getting more congested and poe will allow for increased bandwidth within your wifi network. Offloading to cable helps a ton with heavy bandwidth items freeing up bandwidth for other wireless devices.
