I've been taking the Solgar Selenium for couple of months now, and I really like it. The odor can be off-putting for some, but doesn't bother me. The only reason this review is not 5 stars, is because the tablets are uncoated. Sometimes this causes them to be difficult to swallow. Otherwise the product is outstanding.
