After hearing so much about switching to cotton feminine pads, I decided to give these a try, and I’m really impressed. They’re a little more affordable than some of the other cotton brands I’ve seen, which is a nice bonus. They’re thin, comfortable, and breathable without feeling bulky. They also stay in place well throughout the day, so I don’t have to worry about constant adjusting. Even on my heavier flow days, they’ve provided great protection, and I haven’t experienced any leaks or accidents. If you’re looking for a comfortable, breathable cotton pad at a reasonable price, these are definitely worth trying.

I tried these because I was curious to see the difference between these and the regular pads I'd been using for years. I definitely prefer these cotton pads. They are thin but there's not a big difference between the amount they absorb versus a thicker pad. One benefit I didn't anticipate was the difference the cotton material made pertaining to odor. I noticed these seem to be more agreeable with my chemistry as the odor that occurred with the bigger pads happens to a much lesser degree with these. The cost of these is more but I don't mind paying it as it's a better product in my experience.

I was looking for pads that were both natural and budget-friendly, and these turned out to be the best balance of the two. The cotton material feels comfortable and breathable, while still offering reliable absorption. Compared to other organic or natural options, these are more reasonably priced, which makes it easier to stick with them long-term. Overall, they’re a smart choice if you want a healthier option without spending too much.

I was looking for pads that didn't have all the fragrance and nasty ingredients in them and my midwife suggested these. THEY are a hit! I appreciate using them and knowing that I'm not causing more problems with unneeded fragrances and such. Thank you Always brand!!

They don't cause irritation and feel comfortable.

This was a game changer for me. Regular pads give me a rash, which is extremely uncomfortable. These are very soft and do not irritate my skin. The absorbency is the same as any other pad. I also do not notice a problem with odor.

Unscented and absorbent

I normally never write reviews, but I wanted to help those that are deciding on these. ABSOLUTE BEST NATURAL PADS!!! I’ve gone through quite a few different brands of natural cotton pads and they always leaked through the wings. This time around with Always, they work SO well! Last all day long, no leaks at all even with heavy flow, and I feel much better that I’m putting cotton against my body, as opposed to chemicals that other brands use in their pads. So happy with this purchase. 15/10 definitely recommend!!!

Its a best purchase for women during menstrual cycle. Its not ichy when wearing and very comfortable, cotton feel. Definitely buying it again
