Very happy!
It's been running in heat mode now for about 2 months and we couldn't be happier. The nights have been dipping down to about 30 degrees Fahrenheit it's been keeping up without issues. The quality of the components is excellent. The unit is quiet and is so far working great. I recommend buying the wired thermostat and running in "Follow Me" mode. I can't wait for summer to try out cooling mode!

Senville mini split
Unit is great. Looks good and very quiet. I would have given it a 5 star but Instructions stink! If your a do it your self kind of person beware. Also the line set that came with it was only 16ft. Not practical for any decent size room. Had to add 33ft. For my application.

Excellent product, even better customer service.
Works like a charm, Sam at customer service was also very helpful when I had to request extra part. He went above and beyond to try to get me the part, and it was free of charge!

Invalid return information.
Sanville is a great product. I've installed the 36,000 BTU Dual Zone mini split heatpump in my master bedroom and living room. One month after commissioning the system, our electric bill dropped $400 a month. I ordered the 18,000 btu mini split heatpump with the ceiling cassette for my garage and wasn't able to use the cassette due to space available. Sanville was prompt when contacting them to return the system. I ordered the 18,000 btu floor/ceiling mounted system to install.

Solid Mini Split, But Documentation and Warranty Policy Are Frustrating
I've been wanting a mini split for my garage for years, and I finally pulled the trigger on this unit. Overall, I'm excited about itโit looks great and functions well so far. The installation was relatively straightforward, though there were a few hiccups along the way. Performance & Features Since the weather is still cool, I havenโt been able to test the AC yet, but the system seems to work well otherwise. One standout feature is the Wi-Fi connectivity via the wired remote. However, setting this up requires an account with their cloud service, and it only integrates with a few platforms like Google, Alexa, and IFTTT. Unfortunately, thereโs no local access without an account, meaning direct integration with something like Home Assistant isnโt possible. That said, I found a workaround using a USB adapter by โSmartlight,โ which made integration with Home Assistant easy with just a few taps. Documentation & Installation The most frustrating part of this experience was the documentation. It was difficult to determine what exactly was included in the kit before purchasing, and even after unboxing, it wasnโt clear whether I had all the necessary components. Some included parts didnโt even seem to connect to anything. The website wasnโt much help either. Another issue was the line set length. The kit comes with 16 feet of line set, which worked perfectly for my setup, but for most installations, 25 feet would have been far more practical. At 16 feet, youโre basically limited to a short vertical drop and a few feet of horizontal reach between the cassette and condenser. I also ran into some trouble with the wired controller. The included cables and instructions didnโt clearly explain how to connect everything properly. Thankfully, customer support responded quicklyโI had a solution in my inbox the next morning. Warranty Concerns One major downside is that the system requires installation by a licensed HVAC professional to maintain the warranty. Most HVAC contractors wonโt install a system bought online or wonโt take over a partially installed setup. That means if youโre a capable DIYer, you either have to pay a significant extra cost for installation or risk voiding the warranty entirely. I really think they should offer a limited-term warranty for self-installers rather than no coverage at all. Final Verdict This unit is well-designed, works well so far, and was relatively easy to install, so it deserves credit for that. However, the poor documentation and lack of warranty for self-installers knock it down a few stars.

Quietest unit I have ever encountered.
This unit is very easy to install. The drain coming from the ceiling cassette is terrible but is easily adapted to a 1/2โ pvc pipe and maintain the correct slope. Better instructions would be nice but if you have any mechanical sense it is no problem to get the job done. This is such a quiet unit that I had to go outside and look to see if the fan was turning. It is quiet both inside and outside. I installed this unit in a 2,000 sq ft pharmacy so noise was a real concern. We have had a number of 100 F degree days with very high humidity. The unit keeps the store at 68 F. I donโt have any comment or experience with the heating aspect of the unit. All things considered, I am completely happy with my purchase.
