Perfect for Gunpla and other scale modeling
These files work wonders for scale models. A great value, and easy to use. They produce a very smooth finish

great for gunpla
I'm using these to remove nub-marks/gate-marks from my plastic models. They work great. They remove the offending bits of plastic without damaging the rest of the piece. The files are a little bit small, if I'm being honest. I think I'd prefer if they were more like regular nail-file sized... But that's just because I've got big hands. If you're unfamiliar with glass files - they get dirty as you use them. The filed-off bits of plastic dust will clog up the grooves in the file and they won't work as well. You can use something lightly sticky like masking tape or Blue-Tack to clean them up.

Does a decent job.
They do a decent job of filing off material, not cutting too much at a time but not too slow either. Leaves a pretty smooth surface

Excellent for sprue removal
I had my doubts with my initial purchase, but was quickly won over when I tested these on my nails. These quickly file down rough services (I've used these on my nails and on my plastic miniatures for reference) much quicker, more effective and with more control than metal or sand files. In fact, when you're done with your service it leaves a smooth glossy service that when you run your nail along you can't even see where the sprue was. If sprues bother you, then get these. They're absolutely worth it and blow away all my other files. In fact, I'm looking for bigger files right now that are more pointed to get to it for other miniatures as well.

Great For Gunpla
These work great for removing nubs after getting a part off of the runner. After testing it on a Hi Nu build I was able to cut out the x-acto on all but about two nubs. It saved a lot of overall effort. I found cleaning it by wiping with a micro fiber cloth worked perfectly. And to top it all off you get three of them. That's triple the life compared to similar products or give an extra to a hobby friend. It's an easy recommend and worked wonders.

Finally, a Tool That Works Exactly as Claimed!
I know that these are just repurposed manicure tools, so you can probably buy them cheaper elsewhere, but these etched-glass files do exactly as promised and more! The will remove seam lines, sprue burrs, polish away excess glue, etc. and if you don't drop them, they'll last forever. They'll put a high polish onto any plastics and will never even wear out like the expensive ultra-high grit polishing cloths, and I now have 3 of them! I have read complaints that they are kinda small, but I've never used a long file when working with fine parts.

They’re alright
They can only go in one direction, wet sanding is a must. But they get the job done

Amazing modelling tools
Where have these things been all my modeling life? The ability to easily and clealy erase sprue marks from pieces is huge! Just some light polishing with these just leaves a new plastic sheen. Ideal for models not intended for painting.

I will be honest, I usually get these super cheap from another site, however, I needed these in a hurry and I hummed and hawed before telling myself to get on with it and quit moaning about the price! When they arrived I was certainly impressed with the perfect mirror finish, it's attractive and very functional when identifying tiny scratches I'm looking to polish out! The cases were on par with the cheap ones I usually get but the big bonus is the actual surface area of the file is about 1/3 bigger than the cheap ones! After using the files, I was impressed by the quality of the finish... The cheap ones were also good and I didn't think they would be bettered, alas I was wrong! If these files last much longer than the aforementioned predecessor, I will be a fully-fledged convert and say that it really is a case of you get what you pay for! (If I remember, I will update this review in the future to answer this last question! Very happy indeed!

Complete as Described But plastic cases for the files are cracked. this does not alter the usability but ruins the storage of the glass files hence only 3 stars

These are great little files which work well on plastic and resin. Leaves a smooth finish. Each file comes in it’s own little case to keep it safe. The filing surface is very fine and tends to clog up if you are filing resin. If yours isn’t filing well, give a rinse and a wipe and it will be good as new. Very nice product.

I've used the usual tools on plastic/resin models, but these leave a glass smooth finish whether mold lines or irregular bumps. Still need the files for certain angles though.
