These come in very handy for a cocktail such as Negroni when you have made the drink and need an orange slice, but don't have a fresh orange to hand. They taste reasonably orangy, and give a subtle extra taste to your drink. In other words they are better than having nothing at all to add that little something to your drink. I would buy them again.
