Victorinox Swiss Classic 4-1/2-Inch Steak/Utility Knife with Spear Tip, Serrated (Blue)

I have a few knives from this company and each time I left a review saying it was the sharpest knife but I was wrong . This is the sharpest knife it is unbelievably sharp !! Cuts bread , steak, chicken tomatoes you name it It cuts it with such ease. Sharper than their steak knife and four and a half inch paring knife one of the sharpest knives I've ever had. A great value and an indispensable knife. What I really love about this knife is that it slices the top off of any type roll and takes off the excess bread if you don't want it .Sometimes some rolls have a very hard crust on the top and you don't want the extra bread .This just slices the top off as thin and straight as you want it. The cut is smooth and easy it will also slice the bottom of a roll off very evenly.

Sharp. Clean. Nice. We used these up in Alaska on the fishing boats and I came home and made sure to order some. Love them. They last and last a long time, stay sharp, and are durable. I would always recommend these knives to anyone. Sharp and ready to use any time any where.

Lightweight knife, adequate for cutting all foods,especially for breakfast

Love these knives . I use them to cut fruits and vegetable. I use them to cut everything! This is the third one I have bought over the years! The old ones cut great too!

Feels cheaply made, but it does cut really well for a serrated knife. The serrations are also cut so that most of what I slice does not get a ton of tear out from the cutting action.

This knife is extremely sharp with the high quality serrated edge. It cut through anything I am preparing when I fix meals. I have purchased more several times. I make sure I have one when I am traveling for there are times I am cutting up foods for snacks, etc.

Qu'est ce que vous voulez couper avec ce couteau ? Si c'est pour couper des fruits et légumes, il est inutile d'avoir des lames aussi affutées, orientez vous vers fiskars. Dés que vous frôler la lame vous vous coupez ! On ne peut pas s'en servir sans être très très attentif sinon c'est l'accident garantie. Vivement que la lame s'abime et qu'il coupe moins. Je regrette. I was searching for a knife which can serve all the purposes like cutting, chopping, etc etc - this knife does it all! It is very well built with EXTREMELY sharp edge which results in zero efforts in cutting anything. For example - try cutting an onion and this knife just glides and cuts it in one swift motion, try cutting a tomato and you can cut it without any pressure hence no tomato-juice leaks. Please take proper care while using it as super sharp edge can easily lead to injuries.

These Victorinox knives are the best I've ever owned and I have owned very expensive sets before. They are so sharp and STAY sharp.
