Very useful ice-pack
Large ice pack is exactly what we needed. It stays flexible when frozen and therefore can be strapped around a swollen joint etc. Great for reducing swelling and pain relief.

Great product!
Fantastic product! Easy to use the separate strap. Perfect for after my knee op. The gel is just the right consistency after freezing - it’s mouldable around the knee.

Great product
Very comfortable to wear under clothes helped reduce the pain. I would recommend that you put it in the fridge rather than freezer as it was too cold and made my back spasm more. When using as a warm bring it up to room temperature first and microwave in sort 10 second blasts otherwise it gets to hot.

Game changer
I have tried so many cold packs but this is entirely better in every way. You put it in the freezer (tip: fold and put in a large freezer bag while in the freezer to prevent ice condensation on the surface of the packs) and within 2 -3 hours it is perfect. You could try it for less time but I found 2-3 hours to be best. It remains flexible after freezing and is very comfortable and soft to wrap around your arm or leg or to lay down on. The surface is soft and smooth, and can be wiped with a wet wipe or damp cloth to keep fresh from sweat etc. I found a towel underneath protects your sofa or bed from any condensation from the cold and a thin towel over the top if you want a bit of extra comfort, but it is really fine on its own too. You can wrap it around you easily and secure it with the straps included. They are soft and stay in place once attached. There are no stiff or sharp edges and the material is like a soft polyester or smooth nylon feel to it. Doesn't feel like plastic at all. It doesn't stick to your skin either, unlike other ones I have tried. These are incredibly fast to relieve heat, pain and swelling. I highly recommend them.

Flexible when frozen!
This ice pack is great! It is still flexible when frozen and the strap holds it in place. I was able to secure it to my ankle and it worked much better than my bag of frozen veg! It can also be used by warming up in the microwave - but I haven’t tried that yet.

Good size and can be used hot or cold
It’s really helpful for my back. I have one permanently in the freezer and another one to heat up. It’s a good size so covers the whole of my lower or upper back. Would definitely recommend.

Good gel packs, straps are a bit of a let down
The gel packs themselves are quite decent. They're a nice size and easy to fold. I needed these for a bad case of tennis elbow so one lives in the freezer and one is kept for heating up in the microwave. Unfortunately, the size is a bit big for the microwave and gets stuck, rather than rotating, but that's not a problem really, as I needed this particular size. Where the product is let down and why the pack loses one star is because the straps are useless, in my particular case. Because the gel pack is going over my elbow, I have to try and tighten the whole thing with one hand and it's nigh on impossible. I've got to rolling the gel pack up, putting the straps round, then trying to force my arm through the middle, which is far from ideal. The straps really need some sort of buckle mechanism to enable them to be tightened one handed. I've had to buy a pack of plastic buckles/slides to fix on myself, and that's added £4.50 to the total cost.
