It's tiny! A lot smaller than I anticipated. However, it does get really hot and works magically.

It gets really hot. My son had a school project he had to use the mini iron and fuse beads for and the mini iron made it so easy to get the art pieces fused. Plus we had a really fun time as a family making them

I absolutely love my mini iron, but there are a couple things to consider before deciding on buying it. This is absolutely not a toy. It gets extremely got and when I say extremely I mean EXTREMELY. It heats up super quick, which is nice, but the not only the hot plate gets hot even the top gets hot. To explain a bit better the part I am talking about is the part right where the red light is showing; right below my hand grip. That part gets super hot so you have to make sure to only touch the handle and nothing else. You can definitely feel the heat from it so that's scary. I don't recommend this iron for anybody with normal or larger hands because I have super small hands and they are able to grip it perfectly without touching that bottom with my grip, but a hand that is any larger and you'd get burnt. Another thing that I see as a con is that the cord is super short so I do have to unfortunately use an extension cord with it, but a pro is that it does have a turn on and off switch on the cord which is nice. It is also great for small places or even a small desk. I like being able to take it out whenever I need to iron something small and it does a great job ironing. So long story short I love it, but only recommend for small handed people and beware of extreme heat on top.

The iron heats up great....if you can keep the VERY short cord attached. It constantly pulls away from the connection. The cord is very short. The iron does work great for a quilting project I'm working on.

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter (8 yo) has been wanting to make stuff with perler beads for the longest time, and even tho she had plenty of perler beads (she was gifted a few on Christmas and her bday), I was a little hesitant to let her use a regular iron as I felt it was a little heavy and big for her small hands. That’s when I decided to look on Amazon for a crafts iron, and this one popped up, and it’s been great!Pros:* Perfect for small hands* No need to use water* Easy to use* Works great for small projects* Price is goodCons:* Looks cheaply made* It takes a few minutes to warm up* Cord is not long enough* Also cord kinda gets in the way. It’ll be better if the cord was on the back rather than the sideOverall, we’re very pleased. My daughter has been working on projects almost daily and she loves that she can use the iron on her own.

I wanted to like this because I was just going to use it to do perler beads with my kids, I should've spent the extra $10. It doesn't melt them well, it doesnt get hot enough to compare it to a low setting. It takes much longer than it should to press the beads, the heat isn't consistent throughout the base, the back gets much hotter than the front. Oh, and the plug keeps coming out when I'm using it. The cord's about 3ft long so I had to use an extention cord with it. The handle is uncomfortable to me and bends when I push down. This product is junk, for 10$ I wasn't expecting much but this is unusably aweful. The only thing I like about it is the cute mint color. I'm returning it tomorrow and buying the $23 Amazon's choice press. I would too if I were you!

I purchased just to iron a patch on a hat and it worked great!! There’s no heat setting just an on/off switch.

I used this for perler (fuse) bead crafts. I did not pay attention to dimensions of the product as far as “mini” iron. I wanted to share a size comparison to my 19 week old puppy lol super cute iron, works without any issues. Only thing is I wish the cord was longer!
