Turns some when it’s very windy but doesn’t spin as advertised.

Pleased with this spinner. Easy to assemble except for one section of the pole was very difficult to tighten, but eventually got it to tighten with pliers. The top part went together very nicely with no wobble when it turns. One of the back fins initially clinked on the pole when it went around, but a little bending took care of the problem. It spins great with just a light breeze or a major wind and looks lovely when the sun hits it. Would recommend!

It is beautiful. I have sent an e mail to the manufacture which was on the instruction page. Hoping they will reply in a couple more days. I used light oil on the bearings and lubricant on the pole swivle. I think the small brown metal leaves need to be set like a fan. From shipping maybe they got smoothened a bit. Keep on trying.

Updated Review -Turns out my husband assembled the spinner incorrectly which is why it didn't spin. :-O It has since been reassembled and spins wonderfully. I've updated to five stars (was 3 stars) and I would recommend to others.If the sun is loosened so that it will turn, there is too much slop and the pieces wobble. Tighten the sun and it won't turn. Wouldn't recommend.
