We bought a wax stick for my daughter’s ballet bun to stick her hair down and saw these sticks on tiktok. The scent is lovely and not overpowering. You warm it with the hair dryer which takes about 30 seconds and this is enough to cost your hands and smooth down the hair. It’s not like ordinary hair wax it doesn’t dry hard so I doubt it damages the hair like that. You only need a tiny bit to smooth the hair down we think it works really well. My daughter has thick straight hair. We are also using it before we do French braiding and it works really well and gives a sleek but not greasy or crispy finish. It’s very easy to wash it out with shampoo it just comes out in an ordinary wash. We really like these wax sticks and would recommend as they will last years and are very reasonably priced. I will be recommending to other ballet parents A really decent product.

I quite often wear my hair back in a low bun but always struggle with hair escaping and looking frizzy! I used this on a long journey and we even had the roof down in the car on the way home and it stayed put! Not one stray hair! Super easy to use - it's like a pritt stick kind of mechanism so it's really easy to just push up and use the amount you need. No wastage from putting too much into your hands! Not greasy looking when applied. Love this!

Very greasy when applied but good at holding down flyaways.

After seeing a recommendation for these online I got one to help to tame my 6 year olds hair, she has a lot very fine straight hair with lots of flyaways and it has noticeably helped go make her hair look tidier and survive for longer in the day before the flyaways look a mess! It is also noticeable that over all her hair has been much less tangled and brushing has been easier so definitely worth a try! One stick is probably going to last months!

I tried this hair wax stick, and while it does hold my hair in place for a little while, it left it looking sticky and greasy. It’s definitely not the best for a natural look, as it gives a bit too much shine and feels heavy. It’s easy to apply, but I wasn't thrilled with the end result. If you’re after something that holds but isn't too shiny, this might not be the one for you. It’s okay, but there are better options out there.

Très utile pour les cheveux rebels ou les frisottis qui nous gêne. Il plaque tous nos cheveux. Ma fille s en sert tous les jours et en est très satisfaite. Petit bémol, ça graisse énormément les cheveux mais pas de soucis un petit lavage supplémentaire et tout rentre dans l ordre. Pas besoin d en mettre des tones, le produit fonctionne très bien et tient toute la journée 👍.

So my first experience was - this is too greasy but then I later experimented a little and realized I was pressing too hard so I was getting too much of it on my hair. I’m not trying to achieve a very sleek tight flat hair look. If you just want ur hair to stay in place then the trick is to be gentle and you can go over one area a couple of times gently. This actually makes my hair look healthy and keep them in place for long hours . I’m enjoying using it.
