I got this for my grandson who.just became a fireman. He loves it!!. It's big, very soft, and warm. My grandson is 6'3" and covers him well. It could be used on a twin or full bed or on a sofa. The quality is very nice. Haven't washed it yet so can't speak to that but it's heavy enough it probably needs to be washed alone.
