I've read a lot about ubiquinol and CoQ10 enzymes and what's best to take. This brand is frequently referred to in online literature as being one of the better brands for efficacy and absorption and recommended by Dr. Mercola for anyone over 25 years of age. It's sad to help slow the signs of aging, help with energy and heart function and efficiency. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now, and I honestly can't say I see or feel any difference, but I've been told that it sometimes takes a month or two of consistent use to feel any results. The author says preliminary studies show that ubiquinol might have a positive effect on heart function and help congestive heart failure patients have more energy and their heart to work more efficiently. I discussed this with my doctor and he said that it can't hurt anything, but he doesn't know if it'll help anything. He left it up to me whether I wanted to try it or not. If I notice anything major, I'll update this review... as for now, I'll just assume they are doing whatever they are supposed to be doing and keep taking them. They have shown no negative side effects, though, so I'll keep giving them a try.

This brand of the Qunol Mega Ubiquinol 100 mg water & fat soluble CoQ10 is what my body needed. Being on thyroid medicine I can’t have calcium within two hours of taking because calcium binds & literally inactivates my medication. So, this supplement doesn’t report calcium and I’ve already noticed an increase in my energy & now I only need to wait one hour after my med to take this for the day. Also, being fat soluble it means it crosses my blood brain barrier to boost my cognition. I’m on day three and feel it working. Since I can take it in the morning it doesn’t affect my sleep either.

The product is what I expected, but the delivery was not. For some reason Amazon has now decided to deliver my items to a Post Office box as opposed to the address that I have on file. So I will probably no longer be ordering this product from Amazon.

Had purchased supplements for mum. Noticed many feedback on pills sticking together, was very concerned over this. To my relief, both bottles were free from such issue. Would appreciate additional packing material as further preventive measure.

Don't know if they work or not but will see at the next Blood Test results.
