Wanting to compare to an enzyme my dog is currently on.** A: Ingredients:Fructooligosacchiaride, Dried Aspergillus Oryzae Fermentation Product, Carica Papaya, Trichoderma Longibrachiatum, Dried Aspergillus Niger Fermentation Solubles, Dried Trichoderma Longibrachiatum Fermentation Product, Carica Papaya, Dried Bacillus Coagulans Fermentation Product and Maltodextrins.Guanranteed Analysis per 1/4 Rounded Teaspoon (1 gram) AmountCrude Fiber (Max) 0.2%*Alpha-Amylase (Aspergillus Oryzae) 2320 SKBU*Lipase (Aspergillus Niger) 210 LU*Cellulase (Trichoderm Longibrachiatum) 75 CMCU*Protease (Papaya) 22,100 PU*Bacillus Coagulans 100 Million CFU **Q: Is it possible to bake this into homemade treats or does that negate the effect of the digestive enzymes?** A: Baking Not recommended. The heating process would denature or stop the function of most if not all the enzymes. All enzymes function at specific ranges of temperatures so some may? survive but most would have lost their usefulness. Generally 118 degrees is considered the temperature that would denature or kill most enzymes. The is some difference between wet and dry heating allowing higher temperatures but either way there would be damage. Freezing is also not recommended as some enzymes will stop functioning at too low temperatures. **Q: Has anyone used dr. goodpet digestive enzymes or have you? i've been using that for over a year now but looking to switch to this. how does it compare** A: They both offer similar digestive enzyme profiles but the NaurVet item has other added ingredients for gut health like prebiotics and probiotics. **Q: should this have a seal on the inside? something is weird after my 2nd purchase of the bigger size container, not working as well.** A: I just ordered this product and received it 7/19/2019. There was no seal on the product. A single piece of tape was on the lid, holding it in place on the container. The packaging for this powder product is messy. The lid screws on, but there's no gasket feature on the lid, so the powder leaks out. ## Frequently Bought Together - NaturVet – Digestive Enzymes - Plus Probiotics & Prebiotics – Helps Support Diet Change & A Healthy Digestive Tract – for Dogs & Cats – 1 lb Powder - Pet Wellbeing Healthy Gums for Dogs - Gums & Dental Health, Oral Care, Healthy Breath, Coenzyme Q10, Zinc Oxide, Calendula, Marshmallow Root - Veterinarian-Formulated Holistic Topical 4 oz (118 ml) - Zesty Paws Senior Dog Multivitamin Treats - Glucosamine for Dogs + Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics - Grain Free Dog Vitamins and Supplements for Skin & Coat + Immune Health Chicken - Advanced - 90ct --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/436406265-naturvet-digestive-enzymes-powder-for-dogs-and-cats-1-lb](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/436406265-naturvet-digestive-enzymes-powder-for-dogs-and-cats-1-lb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
