I've been taking fish oil for over 15 years and by now I have tried many brands. This one is new to me but I already like it. There is no fishy taste and they are burpless. The capsules are a nice small size so easy to swallow. Also, the label says they are lemon flavored. I did taste the slight lemon flavor. All and all, these are a good source of omega 3. Make sure you refrigerate after opening. That keeps them fresh even though it is only a 30 day supply.

These are fairly easy to swallow, given the size. And there is no aftertaste either when swallowing or later. Those are pluses. Whether they help or not, it is too soon to tell. But it is a fairly easy way to get these benefits.

I’ve been wanting to take a fish oil supplement but didn’t because others have complained about the fishy smell and burps. This said no burps so I tried this one. It has a light fishy smell when I first opened the bottle but nothing off-putting. My stomach is sensitive when taking new supplements. I tried the recommended dose of 2 capsules and I felt a bit nauseated in the first 15 minutes but it subsided. So far no nausea, vomiting or diarrhea and no fishy burp. I will continue to take this but with 1 capsule and will work back up to 2 capsules.

As a health supplement, it's difficult to review these Omega-3 fish oil capsules with regard to their efficacy. I didn't feel any differently while taking them, but I didn't really expect to as they're not a medication. So, then, I'll try to review them based on what I did experience. The first thing I'd like to address is the "burpless" claim. I found I burped more often when taking even 1 per day, and the taste was unpleasant. I can't imagine taking up to six per day. The added lemon flavor did help a little but the fishy taste overpowered even strongly spiced foods I ate along with taking the capsule. I didn't find them difficult to swallow along with food but these are fairly large gelcaps. I would've had trouble swallowing them with just water. Thankfully they can be taken with a meal. The bottle was well-sealed and didn't have an annoying child-proof cap. Taking the various other claims at face value these seem like good Omega-3 gelcaps. My own experience with them was neither impressive nor especially unpleasant.

The omega-3 fish oil arrived in a small containers with seal and it has the expiration date of 05/2026. The gels are reasonable size where I can swallow it with water. The bottle I have received contain 60 gels, which I have finished it by now. I do notice overall that I don’t have as much joint pain as I used to. There is no side effect for me at all.

This is more expensive ($26.95) than our usual brand of fish oil, but that's always the case. I think it's reasonable compared to other brands available, especially noting the high concentration of EPA-DHA. It's still just 2 capsules a day (my husband's doctor advised a much higher serving is needed to be effective, but I don't remember what that was).

This feels like a quality fish oil supplement. So far, I haven't had any fishy burps to speak of. It smells lightly like fish when you open the bottle after it's been closed for a while, but you don't really smell or taste anything from the individual pills when you take them, which I like. The pills are a bit on the larger side, I don't have any problems swallowing them but if you do, you might want to find some smaller ones.
