I've only used the purple set and they work very well. Just need to use them daily to get the benefits.

A very nice assortment of toe spacers. Using these to try to alleviate some of the pains and aches in my foot due to a stringent running routine. Aside from the bunion spacers, I wasn't able to fit into any socks or shoes while wearing these. Also, the Separators & Stretchers and triple-toe loop spacers are a little on the small side and i found that they cut off circulation. That's me and my large feet though, so maybe they'll be better for you.I think the quality of these spacers is really good. The gels are the exact same as a more expensive set I bought (where I only received 2 spacers).
