Best Chair Casters 4 Carpeted Home office
Perfect replacement for the chair casters originally delivered with the chair. My office has carpeting and these work perfectly.

Great replacements
I have been using my HM chair for over 20 years. One of the wheels started to fall apart so I replaced all of the wheels with this product. It was very simple to lay my chair on it's side, pull out each wheel and replace them with these new ones. I am 100% satisfied with these replacement wheels.

Perfect fit for HM Aeron
One of my original HM Aeron wheels just disintegrated after 15 years of use. This replacement set was easy to install and works perfectly (so far). I'm aware other reviewers experienced problems and left negative feedback regarding the rolling resistance of the replacement casters, but I find the casters function indistinguishable from the OEM. Price and utility make this item a winner. Highly recommend.

Be aware
If there was a minus "0" rating, I'd give it - 10! Wheels started to break within 2 months of use, plastic parts were falling on the floor mat. My previous wheels lasted me well over 10 years, and so something is definitely wrong with them. I called Amazon customer service, and they told me that they contacted the seller who had agreed to replace them. Though, the seller never contacted me, and so I called Amazon again about the same issue. Now they said that the time to replace or issue refund for this item has expired.
