These helped my strength explode in the gym
These change plates are extremely affordable for their effectiveness. I load them on loadable dumbbell handles or barbells and they go on extremely smooth. For incremental weight changes required for progressive overload and maintaining stimulus as your muscle grows and gets stronger, these will do the job. They came clean, they haven’t bent at all, and they’re still in good condition 1+ year in use. I would totally repurchase again!

Just the right increment for strength training
Exactly what I needed to slowly up my weight lifting strength. I got the 1.25 lbs plates as 5 lb would be too great of an increase when bench pressing. I like the feel of the plate and the center slid on the barbell smoothly.
