No Bark Collar
This worked well for about 2 months. Then it quit, it would not recharge, nothing worked. I was really irritated so I threw it away.10/31/17 New collar send by company does not work at all. Will not charge, will not work at all. I await postage label in order to return item.11/8/2017 Company returned our money in a timely manner, and it's appreciated. The company is trying hard to improve their products and in the future I would consider buying other dog items.

False Triggers and Broken Parts
The collar worked okay at first, but unfortunately it started to trigger improperly. Sometimes our dog would bark and nothing would happen, other times he would shake his head and it would trigger instantly. Changing sensitivity settings never seemed to correct this, and unfortunately it eventually became moot because the charging port simply broke off inside. I would not recommend this product.

Defective Product, Amazon description contradicts instructions.
I received mine and it doesn't work. Like others, it would beep endlessly and not charge. I also found the description on Amazon wasn't clear and that the instructions contradicted the description or were also ambiguous. I wrote their customer service an email looking for clarification which they ignored and instead told me to return it due to the beeping. I decided since they couldn't take the time to clarify their own description and instructions, I'd find a better solution. Several people have asked questions about the beeping and they haven't addressed anyone here on Amazon. I wrote them the following which they never responded to:One of the reasons I purchased this (other than the good reviews so far) was because in the description, it states the following:"As much as we love our furry friends, that special bond sure is tested when your dog barks incessantly while you're trying to get some work done. Or worse still, in the middle of the night when you're trying to get a good night's sleep. That's where the ColPet No-Bark Collar comes in."Most people would read that and think you would be able to have the dog wear the collar at night if the description is describing the problem we are having....that the dog barks at night before we wake up and we want it to stop. Especially when that descriptions uses the words 'night' followed by the words..."That's where the ColPet No-Bark Collar comes in."1) Why is it that the first bullet in the instructions contradicts this statement and specifically states "Do not put the collar on dog when dog is sleeping or laying their chin down"?2) Then later on in the instructions, it states that if your dog gets comfortable with the collar, "...may relax some of these precautions..". Does that include the sleeping precaution in my first question?3) Finally, in those same instructions, it states not to use with aggressive dogs. Our dog does bark at other dogs and he does sometimes lunge at people he is not familiar with, but once he smells you, his aggression goes away, it becomes more barking, which also goes away the more familiar he is. It's unclear if this rules out the dog as a candidate, as the word aggressive is vague.UPDATE 8/25/17: Though I still think some of the instructions I wrote about are vague, I have to give credit to this company for the way it followed through with me directly. They ended up sending me a replacement which worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I don't find the collar through repeated use that effective using the vibration even on the highest setting on my almost 11 year old Cocker Spaniel. I just can't get myself to try the shock even on a low setting. This may be a function of the dog and not the collar being that the dog is a Senior. Perhaps with a puppy this would have worked perfectly. I wish it had a remote control. Regardless, the collar does do what it advertises to do with respect to its functionality and again....I was extremely impressed with the customer service of this company, so with that said I am raising my review to 4 stars.

Stay away!
I purchased two of these for my dogs and they work....both collars activate constantly. My dogs shake their head or scratch their neck the collars buzz them. If the tv is loud, music is playing or any other normal household noise - the collars are activated! My dogs are terrified and being punished for nothing. I emailed the company (no phone number available) and have not been contacted. Do not purchase these! Very disappointed.Update: upon reading my review the company offered to send me two new shock collars. They sent me the new collars which were exactly like the original ones I had received - defective! I notified the company that I had the same exact problems with the replacement collars that I had had with the original collars and they said I could either return the collars for a full refund or keep the collars and they would refund me 60% of the cost. While the customer service department tried to be helpful I still say stay away from these collars! They are a waste of money.

I bought mine two weeks ago, I charged it ...
I bought mine two weeks ago, I charged it up and it stayed charged the entire two weeks without me having to charge it again. Two days ago, it died and when I went to plug it in, the charger piece inside the actual collar fell out... 🙄 It worked well up until then. Now it's just dead and I can no longer charge it. $30 bucks down the drain.

Works alright.
We have a new dog who is a coonhound and has separation anxiety. In other words, he bays A LOT! We have worked very hard with him to decrease his anxiety when we leave. Thought I would try a no bark collar to assist. It worked like a dream for 1.5 wks. It was so nice to leave and come home to a quiet and well behaved pup. Unfortunately, he is becoming desensitized to the beep and vibration. I haven't used the shock, and don't intend to. Also, I've had to be careful with the settings. Poor guy, if I set it at 5 or above and he just shakes his head the collar goes off! But the collar lets him get in a few good barks at setting 4. So, the collar can be helpful. It is great being able to adjust the beep, vibration, and shock all seperately. But it can be too sensitive and your dog may get used to the noise and keep barking.

Sensitivity is broken.
Goes off randomly without the dog barking at all. I tried to use the collar, but whenever my dog walks around it just beeps, vibrates, then Shocks. At sensitivity 1 my dog can bark all day, at 2 it will just go off randomly, last night it shocked my dog while he was eating so I can't use this piece of junk. Everyone is complaining it won't charge, and it just beeps while they try, and mine is just shocking my dog when he's casually walking around the yard. I highly don't recommend this collar.

Adjustable
I love that you can adjust the sound, vibration, and shock independently. What does this mean? You can train your dog correctly. Starting with zero chock, low vibration and sound, and work your way up. Once trained, you can reduce them to a point that the sound or vibration is enough to control barking.Worked on my Great Dane and Italian Greyhound.Would have given 5 stars but the collar itself is hard to adjust and cheap
