Ming Mu Di Huang Wan is an amazing Chinese herb combo that supports healthy eyes. My eyes were stinging and tearing for weeks from Red Tide spray in the air in Florida; after my Ming Mu arrived and I started taking it, my eyes were so much less sensitive to the stinging spray from Red Tide. What a relief!

Correct ingredients, but; Contains Talcum. State of California Warning;
Ingredients look like the very old time CORRECT, healthy herbs, foods that are good for the eyes' health and vision. But; also contains Talcum. State of California warning on label ; says this product has chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects... I been searching for this formula with no chemicals, no sulfites, silicates... for a long time. I found this on Amazon and the ingredients seem to be the same as a formula I had in the past that was the true effective formula. But; I notice the box says; Other ingredients; Talcum, China wax. Talcum has been on the news, advertisements by lawyers stating it causes cancer. I also read that talcum can contain silicates. Silicates are like aspirin; they cause migraine headaches with temporary flashing lights in the eyes' vision, blind spots and memory problems. A health, eye formula should NOT contain this. The talcum and wax should be removed. Whole grain rice flour... would be a healthy option. The herbs seem to be the correct formula, but it is ruined by the addition of talcum... Will try to fine the herbs... in Chinatown (if can find chemical... free) and make my own formula. Need to find the correct amount and type of each herb, food so it is balanced. 3 stars because the formula appears correct. Minus 2 because of the added talcum, chemicals.

This product seemed to decrease, but not eliminate pain in my body that I have been dealing with for years in addition to acupuncture treatments. Please, consult with an acupuncturist to see if this is the product to take for your particular condition or what ails you. Blessings.

It's ok, there's a better
Its ok, 8 pills 3xs a day v with warm water.. I've seen small changes but the one currently a different brand shows great results.
