I bought this specifically for slicing tomatoes, and it has been amazing. It slices tomatoes incredibly thin without crushing or tearing them. The serrated edge grabs the skin easily, and the knife feels lightweight and comfortable to use. I’ve been using it constantly for sandwiches and honestly wish I had bought one sooner.

Cuts well, stays sharp. Great for cutting vegetables, meats. The back of the knife trims ginger easily.

These are very handy, they are sharp so be careful, and maybe a bit thin in the blade yet it is durable. They get a lot of everyday kitchen jobs done, ideal everyday knife, and cheap so no worries though mine has held up a few years and still going strong. Good grip on the handle and very versatile.

This is my go-to knife for cutting up fruits and vegetables. It doesn’t have a fancy handle but it’s easy to grip and very sharp. You can’t beat the price. It’s an excellent value. My sister-in-law loves the one we sent as a gift.

I needed an add’l knife that was simple and quick to use on veggies. This is perfect and at a great price point. The only con for me is that because it’s SUPER sharp, I wish it had a protective sleeve to put in while it’s not in use.

Please be very careful while cutting. This is really a very sharp knife. Helps cut very well and perfectly. I use it everyday for all my veggies and fruits. Requires sharpening rarely.
