Great Hair Stuff
It worked really well, and the toner was a nice bonus. I have long hair and I bought two boxes and it was perfect.

No brassy blonde colors
Excellent! The toner takes out all the brassy colors and really makes the blonde a near white color. This is the perfect shade as a base for vibrant colors as well, as this is what I use before coloring with purple, pink or blues.

Terrible!
The bleach mixture will kill your scalp before it lightens beyond french vanilla yellow and the toner does NOTHING! Have done two applications and all it does it fry everything. It's useless! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

I play Santa for the last 20 years
Perfect for what I needed it for, I have played Santa for the past 20 years up until a couple of years ago I used a fake beard now that my beard is starting to turn I use this to make it white. And the kids love a real beard they can tug on….

Wasn't good for me
If you are a DIY hair color "home" expert.. this is a no go. It will only work on salan dyed or no color in your hair hair.. It did lighten a little but not enough to call it platinum, it basically made my hair orangy brownish yellow.. Not sure how it would have went if I had no box color in my hair? Also I have red undertones in my hair, some people are naturally ashy, it may work better for them? Not sure.. but I won't buy it again.
