I have pre-flattened my smash burgers in the past and decided to finally do it correctly and smash with a decent spatula. This does exactly that, nice thick stainless, nice sharp edge for flipping the patty, good quality handle that should last a long time. I get a better crust now, so result achieved.

Excellent and big

I love this thing. The Sasquash is built like a tank — heavy, solid, and perfectly flat for pressing burgers.
