This package Includes three disposable water resistant abrasive sheets for use with the PediSand Foot File. Our replacement abrasive sheets are made from the highest quality materials to ensure a long lasting sanding surface. These replacement sheets last 3x longer than our competitors. Remove original abrasive sheet. Clean off any adhesive residue, make sure foot file base is dry before applying new sheet. Peal off the backing on the abrasive sheet. Align new sheet with one side of the foot file base. Apply the abrasive sheet by pressing firmly from one side to the other. In a seated position, place PediSand on the floor, preferably on a towel to catch debris. Place one foot inside the pocket to hold it in place. Slide the free foot up and down on the abrasive surface. Use a continuous motion to remove and smooth the dry, callused skin. For best results mist feet with water or foot spray for a deeper exfoliation. Works best after shower or bath when feet are moist. Can be used wet or dry.

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical as every other callus remover has been so disappointing. But this works, at least on the first use. My feet were heavily callused as I hadn't been in for a pedicure for awhile and both feet took a short time. Other manual removers are exhausting when you need to bend over to reach your feet. As legs are generally stronger than arms for women, this solves the problem. I have yet to replace the adhesive-backed abrasive paper so that might be difficult but for callus removal, I am satisfied. The final smooth sanding probably needs to be done with a finer sander, but I was just happy to remove heavy calluses.
