Field medics are gonna hate me. I'm not unwrapping anything until it's needed. But at least it will be organized and clean.A great price for this IFAK.YES it is compatible with molle. The straps come loose so you can put it on a plate carrier, backpack, battle belt or carry it like a man purse. It is light weight and has everything you need but a medic.

This is one of those things that you buy but hope winds up being a complete waste of money. It’s the same reason why I own a plate carrier and Level 3+ plates - I don’t want to ever need it, but would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it!I don’t know a lot about first-aid more than CPR and minor treatments for minor aliments. I decided to get this IFAK to keep in my range bag just in case I’m there and someone is accidentally shot by a firearm. I’ve been watching videos on YouTube about trauma first-aid so I can learn to be helpful and not harmful!This is a nice kit, it really is. It holds a lot, seems well-made, and is lightweight which is surprising considering how much stuff it holds! I did order a pack of Rhino Rescue Chest Seals that I threw into the bag, and I ordered a couple extra tourniquets just in case as well.I think that people from my no-skill level up to experts would like this IFAK and that it could definitely save a life should it be needed. I’m probably going to buy another one, and a couple more chest seals, to keep in my car just in case I come across a car accident or something and it’s gonna be a little while before professionals get there. It’s something that more people should have just in case, I believe.

Good price, contains all the things you might need!

Good IFAK, has everything. But Molle straps don’t have a button to snap into place. Would be better to have buttons to secure to IOTV.

It has everything I need for work, and it offers good value and quality. However, some basic medical knowledge is required to use it. Nice size for travel.

Light and compact. Felt really durable and still had some room to add more things if needed. Liked that you could add your own patch to the front for customization.

I've been looking for a first aid kit for my car. The dealer wanted $50 for one but this one is waaaay better. Even if you don't know how to use everything in it, get it in case someone else knows how to use it. Better to have one when you need it than wishing you had one but don't. I added a few extra tourniquets and blood stop packs to it, just in case.
