I laughed, I cried, I kissed 500 bucks good bye.
This MiniPC came quickly and in good shape. I plugged in a keyboard, mouse, and monitor and started it up. I went through the usual Windows startup process. It was Windows 10 Pro. Okay the info on Amazon did say "supports Windows 11". No big deal. I've upgraded literally thousands of PCs over the years, so this didn't seem to be a big problem. First, I brought Win 10 up to date. Then I joined Windows Insider. As it should have, Win 11 started to download...until it hit 6%. Well, Windows Update does a lot in the background, so I left it that way overnight. The next morning, still 6%. I tried all the known fixes for the download freeze. Now, it's at 0% and not downloading anything - but it is doing something because there's a performance hit.I downloaded the Win11 iso image and upgraded from that. Once Win11 was installed, that update speeded up and that slightly later version was installed 15 minutes later.I need to add more storage so I can use this box as my media server - as intended. Hmmm. No documentation on how to do that. For that matter, the documentation is woefully lacking and there's very little at the company web site. There seems to be only one way to open the box. So, I removed 3 of the 4 screws in the base. The 4th screw is not coming out, though. Apparently, the adhesive/loc-tite used to secure the screws in place is stronger than the metal in the screws. Rather than strip the screw, i just put the other screws back in and gave up on the idea.I mainly got the box because I wanted to run my media server on Win11. Oh well. An expensive lesson learned.Poor documentation. Glitches in the OS upgrade, which should be simple. The supposedly upgradeable box assembled so no upgrade is possible. 512GB SSD limits how much I can do with the box and, as I wrote, I can't add a second SSD.I can't give this box more than 3 stars.

good value for money
I purchased this mini computer for personal and small business use. It turned to be a good choice, fast, reliable computer with good value for money. A problem that I had with the installation was solved high and efficiently by the supplier.

Perfect device for home office
We are using this device to run Windows 11 for connecting to the internet and running office. It runs fast and does everything needed.

CPU speed not as advertised
CPU speed is only 2.3ghz NOT 4.20 (as comparison states) at any time during use. Terribly disappointed!!!

Fast, light and cheap.
Vega Graphics beats the pants off of Intel any day, small enough we can install over a wall mount bracket and it won't interfere (if you install TVs for a living, some advice: square armature over 'bar' and it'll be fine, otherwise, you'll need to find an ANSI plate for it).Considerations: the fan is quiet, but noticeable. It tends to operate in bursts over turning on and staying on, so a burn-in test of what you're going to run on it may be wise. It's not Apple M1 quiet, but it's not going to call any attention in a noisy hallway or server room. Also, this is NOT a NUC style system. It's not meant to be taken apart (the bottom screws do not release the cover to give way to the motherboard.) If you're buying cheap expecting to upgrade it later, you may damage the case or cooling system on it trying to upgrade the RAM/SSD. For the price, it may be easier to buy the one you need especially on a rollout plan like kiosks or a PC Lab.

Great for general computing
We chose this computer as our main family computer. The one where the kids would be able to use it in a common area of the house. They use it for web browsing, Minecraft, Roblox, Sims, and games like those. I use it for web apps and parental controls over the child accounts. It's absolutely perfect for our use case.

Returning, worked fine until reboot, locks up during restore!
Really disappointed! Bought for workshop, after shutting down, wouldn’t reboot!
