This laminator has a modern look and as it heats up a blue light flashes and gradually move along unitl it is fully lit when the machine is ready for the introduction of the work to be laminated. All well and good so far but then it gets tricky. The aperture slot for inserting the work is only just wide enough to accept your A4 sheet so there is no latitude for it being even a fraction off square. If it is when it nears the end of the run one trailing edge inevitably folds over or is laminated with creases. My previous W H Smiths laminator ( now at the Redbridge recycling centre after a malfunction) provided plenty of room for misalignment. This one doesn't which is why it only get three stars. I wouldn't buy it again for this reason.

Liked it a lot very good value

My old machine stopped working after about 15 years. The Bunsen is a well made machine and is instant which my old one wasn’t, it needed time to warm up. This one is also able to do ‘cold’ and 80 and 125 thickness. You also get a pack of laminate sheets. But to turn it off it has to be unplugged. Otherwise I’m pleased with it.

I bought this laminator which was the best value as it came with 50 pouches.It is perfectly OK but the first few laminates were a bit rippled.Subsequently there have been no issues.One thing is it does take a long time to cool down after use, so it is best to save up your laminating and do a lot in one go.
