Q: how to you ajust the time? so that it reads the the correct day

You pull the dial leaver just half way out it's a little stiff getting to do it with your fingers I had to use my teeth.

Q: What battery this use?

Original is SW626SW. A 377 hearing aid battery is the same.

Q: How do you install the battery?

You don't. It's already installed. If it run's out you'll play hell replacing it. For the price though it's worth the years it lasts!
