Restaurant quality miso soup for less than a dollar a serving
This authentic instant miso soup is delicious! the separate seasoning packets allow you to customize the soup to your taste easily, but serving the traditional way with the spring onions, dried tofu and seaweed is excellent. The flavor is mild and not too salty, perfect for a quick meal replacement or low calorie afternoon snack. Far better flavor than those instant grocery store miso soups that cost four times as much, Keeping a few of these in my desk at work to help with my diet without feeling like I'm giving anything up.

Taste good, easy to make.
These soups are tasty and sometimes satisfy me enough so it's all I'll have for lunch. Which is good because these are low calorie. The package has a stick on nutrition label in English the rest is Japanese. A picture and Google translate told me what I needed to know. About 160 ML of boiling water. I use a little less than 3/4 cups of water and heat it in the microwave with the magic cup of water button. Pour the ingredients of a dry packet and a wet paste packet. Stir and done. The dry packets have various dried ingredients that magically expand in the hot water. The paste packet has the miso base.

I just bought these as easy meals to have at work, but the flavor is really fantastic! Iโm so pleasantly surprised at how rich and delicious these are.

Good, but underwhelming for price
I like this, but be aware that the intended serving size is quite small. It seems overpriced to me.Each serving seems made for 6 oz of water. I think it gets too diluted with any more than 8 oz.I make mine with about 10 oz of water, but supplement with quite a bit of other stuff. That kind of defeats the purpose of this product that should be a quick and easy single serving.
