Had a small issue with our bell tent the first time out. Contacted king camp. Very fast response and And fantastic service. King camp took care of our problem . We love our bell tent. And highly recommend king camps products.

While the overall quality of the tent seems decent, there are some areas it lacks. The stakes provided are not the best for prolonged camping, so I ended up replacing them with 16in steel ones. The second, and most important issue is the top seam. The thread used isn't very strong (mine ripped after 1 day of being up... Granted there was a thunderstorm). That being said, I recommend doing some hand sewing with nylon thread to make it more durable. I'll see how it holds up over the tent's first season, but I'm not impressed so far.

Mediocre quality but I guess that’s to be expected based on price. The tent itself is great, easy to set up and take down. The main issue is the stove jack caught fire the first time I used it which it absolutely shouldn’t have done. They sent a replacement which was nice but I had to email them back and forth answering inane questions 6 or so times before they would replace it. Then on the next use the main grommet over the door came off, they offered to send me some money to have it replaced but then never did. We’ve since moved on to a Kodiak cabin tent and way happier.

We have used the tent 2x. One for my daughter's sleepover birthday party. It slept 6 girls with twin mattresses comfortably. The set up is so easy. Rolling it back was bit of a challenge, but worth it.

Within 3 weeks the center pole went right thru the top! They claim double stitching and that is true except for the most important place to have double stitching. It is single stitched where the pole is. Crazy. Took me the full 30 days to get my money back. Very bad experience. Also the zippers are sub par in my book. Run from this tent before yours collapse’s on you like mine did.

Everything seems well built. The stakes are on the cheap side. Overall it's an awesome tent Update; we finally took this tent camping. It was perfect. All the seems looked good, zippers worked good and has the look of a well made tent. We experienced a heavy rain storm and the tent didn't leak. We did get water in the tent but it was my fault for not properly staking out the bottom sheet. Lesson learned. I definitely recommend this tent.

We bought this tent for our family of four. Yes, it’s big and doesn’t warm up much just from our breath at night, but it truly feels like a wonderful little house. We’ll just get a heater to make it cozier. So far, we’ve only used it a couple of times, but it’s been absolutely amazing.
