These gummies work very well for me. They really do help calm stress related anxiety and help with relaxation leading to a good night's sleep. I tried the powder (which I enjoyed) but it caused bloating and sleeplessness; the gummies don't seem to have that effect. After doing research on the benefits of magnesium, I like that these provide numerous health benefits too. I am a small person, so I find that just one (maybe two) a day provide benefit.

The flavor is great, but it’s a little too sweet for me. I’m not sure why these need to be coated in sugar. Maybe it’s to keep them from sticking together during packaging, but I wish they would come up with a different formula.You’re trying to be healthier by taking vitamins, yet four gummies contain 3 grams of sugar. That adds up to 21 grams a week and about 84 grams a month. I’d rather save those extra grams of sugar for a small cupcake, ice cream cone, or piece of cake.

These are in my trusty bedtime routine. They help me sleep and relax my muscles. They taste so good that it’s not easy to eat just the recommended dosage. I look forward to this treat before bedtime. I tell everybody about them and I will continue using these as a natural alternative to sleeping meds.

I bought these gummies after hearing and reading about the benefits of magnesium. I take these before bed time and have noticed better sleep as a result even though i do not take the full recommended dose. They taste amazing and there is no after taste. I compared the cost with the ones available at a popular bulk store and these are slightly expensive but taste better. The size of each gummy is smaller than a quarter coin.
