Last the full 8 hours. Can get very hot depending on airflow, so you may need to tuck your shirt between it and your tummy. Amazing for cramps; if heat helps you (you can test if heat helps you by using a dry rice heat sock [look it up]. If it helps, you will want these so you’re not going back to the microwave every five minutes and to hide the bulge). If the heating pads are not warm within 15 minutes, you may not have airflow; they need air to work. They work on sore backs as well as tummies. The adhesive sticks well the first time but less well each time you tear it off and stick it back on.
