Missing dispenser
I only received the spool without the packaging which makes using it difficult. It is written it is supposed to come with a dispenser however I never received the dispenser and it doesn’t fit in other floss dispensers.

Good but expensive
It’s great and works well & doesn’t have an overwhelming scent but it’s a bit on the pricey side for floss. I totally get why it’s that price and I’m fine with it.

The item delivered is just a refill of the floss, it does not come with the container. This is a misleading product

Bad quality
I’m very disappointed with this product. Arrived poorly packaged in a plastic wrap and it was already opened when I received it. The quality is very bad and completely different from what was shown in the picture. It feels cheap and not usable at all. This is not what I expected based on the product description and the price. I would not recommend buying it.

Actually better than regular floss.
A few months ago I went to a dental hygienist appointment after forgetting to book one for a while (forgot to call even when I put it in my calendar). After I came out of the appointment I promised myself I would do a way better job of keeping my teeth clean. So far I have stuck to that promise, and early on after I decided to take oral health more serious I saw so many videos of people using this product and thought it would be worth my time to at least try it. Cocofloss was hard enough to find in the EU, but once I ordered and received this, all the searching was 100% worth it. It is a woven floss, so as you use it it gets a bit wider and covers more area between your teeth. It feels great around the gums and does a fantastic job compared to your average floss.
