Excellent product. One of a kind. I bought it as a general health supplement but it did even more than what I got it for. I take it in the morning with warm water and it actually let's me sleep through the coming night without getting up to go to the restroom, and that wasn't even why I bought it initially. Been using for almost 3 years.

I start taking this product yesterday, and for long time last night I had the best sleep and wake up filing very good. It works!

Bought this after my doctor told me my cholesterol was on the high side. He said I could try to lower it with exercise and diet. I did improve on my exercise and diet and lost a few pounds, but taking this supplement did not help. I still ended up having to take a low dose medication. Was disappointed that I didn’t get better results with taking this supplement. Doctor said some people inherit high cholesterol and medication is necessary.

I started taking Bergamot about 3 weeks before my annual physical, and was surprised and delighted to discover that my A1C was the lowest it had been in years! Now, I can't know whether the Bergamot had anything to do with it, or whether it was more about other supplementation that I've been taking over the last year, in particular some bioflavonoids that are supposed to be very helpful in that department. But I figure, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, so I plan to keep on taking Bergamot! Usually I don't tend to like supplements that have too many different ingredients all in one supplement; but this list looked to be pretty good, with a substantial amount of vitamin D, which I find useful. I did end up doing quite a bit of research on Berberine, which I had never taken before and is in this supplement, and while it looks like it has many useful properties, it also inhibits Lipase, which is not so great for me because I already have difficulty digesting fats. (It also inhibits Amylase, and that's not necessarily so great either for me either.) Still, It contains a pretty small quantity of Berberine, so I'm thinking it's probably not going to hurt me. What I do like is that it shows right on the bottle that it's manufactured in a GMp facility, and if you look on the product details page, it even shows the Third party testing report., which I consider to be an important indication of quality control. Another interesting detail, which isn't really necessary for me but might be important to someone else, is that this product is both Kosher and Halal! The supplement comes well safety sealed, with both a plastic collar and a safety seal over the mouth of the bottle. Look over the rather extensive list of ingredients, and if it looks useful to you, I would recommend.
