How many pieces are there in this 4.41oz box?

There are 2 cookies per wrapper and there are 12 wrappers in the box. They come six wrappers to a wrapped tray (two trays per box). So in the box there are 24 individual pieces.

These biscuits look really beautiful and crispy. I'm curious to know how they remain so fresh. Are they wrapped in paper? Thank you!

There is nothing on the box to indicate whether or not it comes from a nut-free facility, though I can tll you they contain lactose and gluten and are amazingly delicious!
