Good quality and exactly how describe

Se ajusta a la descripción. Es un aro de diámetro ajustable con peso de 2kg (o algo menos, según el número de piezas que se coloquen) que no se recomienda para principiantes pues puede ocasionar lesiones. Bien reforzado. Tacto y color agradables. Fácil de transportar desarmado. Además viene con una funda/mochila.

1,8kg, die sich prima schwingen lassen
Habe diesen Reifen (1,8) gekauft, da mein Reifen mit 1,2 kg nur für wenige Runden an der Hüfte blieb. Der Spaß - Faktor war daher nur gering. Nun klappt es hervorragend und ich bin froh nochmals Geld investiert zu haben. Der Sport mit dem Hulla Hoop macht viel Spaß, ist auch für Ungeübte zu erlernen. Es bedarf je nach Körpergefühl etwas Übung und Geduld. Es gibt viele Anfänger Videos mit Tipps, jedoch muss jeder für sich den Dreh heraus finden. Ich persönlich kann sagen, dass es mit dem schwereren Reifen viel einfacher ist - man merkt jedoch das Gewicht und sollte nicht überempfindlich am Bauch sein. Das Material bei diesem Reifen fühlt sich angenehm an, der Reifen läßt sich ut zusammen stecken und hat eine gute Stabilität.

Excellent Sports Hula Hoop
This hula hoop is the best I've ever bought and I've went through a lot of sports hula hoops over the past 10 years, it's very thick, the foam is a lot thicker than the majority of other hula hoops, it's very robust and comfortable to use but be warned if you haven't used a weighted sports hula hoop before I would advise you start off with a much lighter one, for example a 1 to 1.5 pound as this is a 4 pound one.
