Very fast steam in less than 30 seconds, very easy to use, and the good thing is it works great for both cold relief and facial steaming. My personal most liking feature is auto shut-off feature, it's actually nice safety addition. I always keep it near to me.

Worst product and even worst customer support. It started leaking from its base after some days of use. A complaint was registered and item was picked up. It’s been more than three months and I have not heard from them. Whenever I contacted them, they have no idea when they will give my product after repair. Don’t buy any of their product if you want to save your hard earned money.

Received a few days ago. Product is nice and as shown in pics. Good product if you want a handy steamer which works quickly. I wish there was a knob to control speed or steam. I found steam to be a bit slow. There is slight water leakage but it’s normal I think. Water tank is empty after 10 mins of use, but that time is enough and it takes a few seconds to make steam so not an issue. Also no manual was provided, so it was a but tricky to figure where to add water, no sign is also given. I always unplug the wire from socket when not using, since its made in china mass product se should also take care.
