Easy, cost effective and delicious
This is really good Au Jus mix. 2 Tbsp. is the approximate equivalent to one of those small mix packets that you would buy in the store. When it comes to making Au Jus for my prime rib, I make it from scratch. If I didn't know how to make from scratch or was in a pinch, I would absolutely use this for a prime rib roast. It is great for making French Dip sammiches and for making Mississippi pot roast (probably other things too). It's convenient & cost effective to always keep on hand and not have to worry about if you have any packets or not.

A wonderful way to increase flavor in vegetables and meats. The salt content prevents this from being a five star product.

Tastes just like McCormick's
I could never find the McCormick's in the supermarket, and even if I did the packages are too bulky to store. This bottle is definitely a better option, cost effective and taste is great for my beef roast sandwiches and works brilliantly for au jus on the side. I have a roast cooking now and noticed I was running low so here I am to order a replacement.
