Very good, shelf stable butter! It is only matched by the New Zealand variety. The butter is pure cream. Contained in metal tins. The texture is very creamy. Storage is simple... Cool, darker shelf.

Taste

This is not as good as expected. Bent cans. I have only opened one can and I can’t say I’m impressed. One and only purchase. I found another brand which seems better quality and it doesn’t appear to have been sitting on a shelf for quite some time, but who knows. Lessons learned.

This arrived quickly. Opened a can, it was completely rancid. Apparently it cannot be returned or refunded, so it is a complete writeoff. Sad.

I recommend ordering from a different seller. SafeCastle's cans are always dented. I ordered 24 cans of butter and had to throw out 14 because they were so badly dented. They are clearly aware of the problem but are content to continue to pump out dented product.
