IAMS Perfect Portions Healthy Kitten Pate Wet Cat Food, Chicken, 24 Count

My cat loves it.

I recently adopted a kitty from the Humane Society and she was being fed IAMS wet kitten food. I continued to feed her the same food once I brought her home. She eats this food up every time I give it to her, twice a day. She loves it. I love the packaging because I can give her one package at a time without having to portion it out. My cats always prefer the pate style food which this is.

Both my kittens love the chicken flavor, and equally do not like the chicken with gravy so I don't buy that one anymore. I try to stock up when I see the $10 manufacturer coupon, as my husband has this on autoship but not enough to cover their regular eating schedule completely. We're at 8 and 9 months old now and have been feeding them this since we got them at 2 and 3 months, and will continue to feed them this until they are one year old. The foil on the containers could be hard to peel back if your hands are wet or lotioned, so I do try to do them with my hands dry, or in a pinch my teeth or a towel to grip.

This should be 5 stars, but the first time I ordered, the case was open inside an undamaged Amazon box, and there were only 14 instead of 24. Amazon was great and sent a replacement, which was an unopened case inside an undamaged Amazon box, but the case only had 23 instead of 24. That being said, my kittens love it, it’s convenient packaging, and I trust Iams to be healthy. I will probably try ordering once more, but if there aren’t 24 in the case, I’ll be switching to something else.

Our 2 month old kittens loved this wet food, and they have been steadily gaining a healthy weight. They enjoyed this chicken pate version and the chicken with chunks. Will buy again!

Our kittens loved this food. It was one of thier favorites. We have since moved up to the adult foods.

I am super picky when it comes to what I feed my animals. My older cats and kittens. I bought several other brands and opened them in front of my kitten to see which one he preferred and IAMS was tied with another, but the other one had a high ratio of filler, where as this one did not. Although this one is more expensive in store than any other one, it is that way for a reason. But, if you buy it on Amazon, it becomes way cheaper than any other one available in store. My kitten cries when I go to grab this one, he loves it so much.

I've been buying this for a few months now, and my 8-month-old kittens love this food. The portion size is perfect, so I don't have to worry about splitting it evenly for my two kittens. It also doesn't have a strong smell compared to other kitten foods I have bought. The ingredient list looks great too! My vet also approved this product when we mentioned that this is what we feed our kittens.

I have 1 kitten who doesn't eat wet food at all, n 1 kitten (luna) that eats mostly wet food like this one. Luna is now the more active energetic kitty because she got more water and nutirents out of the wet food. The kitten dry food from iams is also good. But again these kitten have been eating mostly chicken for the last 7 months almost every day, so i always have to mix the chicken wet food with cat soups that isn't chicken

Our 3 months old kitten (which started at 2 months old eating this) goes crazy for it... our other cats too, so we need to separate them when we feed the little one! I feel the portions are a little big, as even now at 3 months old, he doesn't use a full portion. You can keep it in the fridge in the package if you kept the foil, it kinda stays in place. It might seem a detail, but I really enjoy that it slides easily out of the package. A bit "compact" a texture (not watery at all), so we have to cut it in pieces and he still sometimes chases a bit out of his dish. Added bonus, our very old cat who recently stopped eating her food actually enjoys it as well, so we could get her to eat... and being highly calorific, it's ok if she doesn't eat a lot at once.

Only place I could find this food for kittens was here til I found it elsewhere. U can’t beat amazons pricing for this especially if u subscribe. I have a pure bred 13 wk old pure bred and this is the only wet food I give him. He luvs it. I wish it came in flavours.
