I'm sure you could even take it by the spoonful, but since it's a concentrated supplement, it's best taken with food. Do not take on an empty stomach.NOW's liquid CoQ10 formulation has some additional B Vitamins that make it a step above other liquid forms I've seen. Each teaspoon provides 100 mg CoQ10, 30iu Vitamin E (from mixed tocopherols), 10 mg D-Ribose, 5 mg NAD, and small amounts of B-3, B-6, B-12, and B-5.So far, this is the best CoQ10 I've used, and my husband and I have been taking some form of CoQ10 for at least a decade. I REALLY wish I could say the same for myself, but my husband frequently gets compliments on the fact that he looks 20 years younger than his actual age. I think the CoQ10 is part of the reason.Highly recommended!

I am very bad at taking pills so I love that this is offered in liquid form. The taste isn't the best, but isn't unbearable either. Overall, I think it serves its purpose and I will be buying it again when I finish this bottle.

Not sure of taste. We use it for my tube fed son. It works well in the feeding syringe.

Great product! You can make anti aging masks by simply freezing it in gel ice cube tray and then wipe your face with ice cube and keep it on your face for 10-15 min. Rest of it put back in freezer for next time. Consult with your doctor if you think you might have allergy on this product

I give this product three stars because it has an awful taste. I have tried mixing it in various juices to mask the flavor but I still couldn't get it down. It tastes like an Orange Julius spiked with large quantities of foul tasting chemicals. One problem is that this supplement is a very thick, gooey liquid. The thickness of the liquid makes the taste linger in your mouth for a long time. The taste is very strong--I tried cutting the recommended dosage to 1/2 teaspoon and mixing it in 8 oz of juice, but the taste of the supplement overpowered the juice. It might taste better to mix it in some sort of smoothie, but I don't have that kind of time.If you can stand the taste though, it should be a fantastic way to take CoQ10, especially since it has other good vitamins such as B-12 in it as well. I badly want to be able to use this supplement, so I will continue to look for better ways of masking the taste.

I bought this to help with gingivitis. I read CoQ10 works well to heal soft tissue inflammation. Because this is in liquid form I also swished with it. It really helps! Within two weeks I noticed a reduction in soreness and puffiness and within a month of using this and faithful flossing and use of a sonic toothbrush I have no swelling or redness at all. A plus is that it tastes great - like a creamsicle. I go back to the dentist in two weeks for a cleaning and I can't wait to see what they say.
