For the cost of replacing a single Pflatzgraff dinner plate on Replacements, I could get a whole set of six! I needed something quickly for the holidays, and ordered two boxes. I think they look great with my set! The only thing I'd change is the brushed rim of brown around the edge of every plate, but that's a personal preference. Without returning all of them, can I replace just a single plate?** A: Call the mfg. **Q: Will make the query short. can i purchase two sets of bonita dinner plates but all in green color?** A: They only come in multi colored. Not one color of green. **Q: Has anyone had any luck getting the mold off the bottom of these plates? Looking for a solution so I don’t have to throw them out :(** A: Mold, as in Black mold? After you scrubbed the dishes in hot water and Dawn dish soap, dry with paper towels. Make a paste of Baking soda and Vinegar. Apply a thick coat, let them/it sit for 24 hours, scrub off. You may need a second coat. If all else fails I’d try liquid Comet, clean, rinse then apply again keep it on for an hour. Thoroughly wash with hottest water, rinse very well. If this doesn’t do it I don’t know what will work. You may try contacting the Mfg directly and see what they suggest. Good luck. **Q: Is mold on the bottom a big problem? I saw someone complaining about mold on the unglazed part of the bottom of the plates. I'm worried about it.** A: I just used for the first time. Spaghetti. After dinner places were stacked just for about 15 min prior to rinsing and hand washing. Because the bottom part of the plate is not glazed, it stained. I have tried using baking soda paste, vinegar, …nothing is working. So yes, I can see mold being an issue if I cant remove. I love these plates but will not love if I have to do be extra careful with sauces etc. I will contact the seller.
