Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Plump has quickly become one of my favorite lip products. It gives my lips a fuller, smoother look with a beautiful glossy finish without feeling overly sticky. The plumping effect is noticeable but comfortable, with just a light tingling sensation instead of the intense burn that some plumping products have. I also love how moisturizing it is. My lips stay soft and hydrated for hours, and the color is gorgeous enough to wear on its own or over lipstick. It's the perfect combination of lip care, shine, and a natural-looking plump. I find myself reaching for it every day and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, effective lip plumper.

It had been a while since I had tried some of the tarte lip products since I was excited to give this one a whirl. I wanted to carry one product on vacation for my lips and this one was the ideal choice. The application is smooth, giving you a nice light shine and pigment to your lips. I felt it was hydrating and lasted quite a while, even with drinking and eating. I did not notice a fragrance, but I did notice a light mint taste. I felt it was quite hydrating on my lips, especially as I was on a vacation by salt water. I did like the click feature allowing me to adjust the amount of product. The packaging holds the product well and I didn’t find it to be flimsy. I will note that because I took this to a warm climate, it does slightly melt into the top. It didn’t bother me because I didn’t lose that much product, but I don’t recommend keeping this in direct heat.

My client earned the tarte maracuja juicy lip plump, and she was so excited — but when she tried it, she was like “omg it’s a little dark on me.” So we’re giving it a 4/5 because: The formula? Gorgeous. Hydrating, glossy, plumpy, all the things. The ingredients? Hyaluronic acid + vitamin E = lip spa moment. The vibe? Vegan, cruelty‑free, very “clean girl lip.” The shade she got? Just… a bit darker than her comfort zone. BUT she still liked it, still wore it, and still felt fancy — it just wasn’t her perfect shade match. Honestly, it’s one of those products that slays, but shade selection matters.

When it comes to flavor (no, I didn’t eat it, but you always get a little taste in your mouth) and smell, it reminds me a lot of the lip glosses that used to come in kids’ makeup sets. Very nostalgic and sweet. In terms of texture, it is extremely creamy. I was expecting something firmer, more like a traditional lipstick, but as you can see in the video, you can’t apply it with the same pressure. It bends easily, deforms, and can leave little grumos if you’re not careful. It’s also quite oily, leaving that classic gloss feeling on the lips, with a very shiny and glossy finish. If you like high shine, this definitely delivers. However, because it behaves more like a gloss, it doesn’t last very long — no aguanta mucho tiempo y mucho menos se queda después de comer. You’ll definitely need to reapply. About the packaging, I really like that it’s easy to use with a click system. Every click pushes a little more product out. The downside is that it’s not retractable, so if you click too much, there’s no way to put it back. Because the formula is so creamy, this can get messy very fast. As for the sensation, it feels slightly minty when you apply it, and combined with the glossiness, it gives a subtle plumping effect to the lips, which I really like. That said, the minty effect does persist even after you remove the product, which might be a bit much for some people. Finally, I do think it’s a little too pricey for what it is. Considering the texture, wear time, and the fact that it performs more like a gloss than a lipstick, the price doesn’t feel completely justified.

This is a very nice lipgloss. It has a peppermint feel to it and layers on smoothly without feeling sticky. The color is a nice neutral shade.

This is another item I found on Tik Tok, I love it, however this particular colour is quite translucent. I can feel my lips tingling after application and I don't have to reapply too often. It was a great purchase.
