I bought this cleaner to use with my cleaning machine, and the results were excellent. I used it especially on the arms and cushions of my sofa, which accumulate dirt from daily use, and I was very satisfied with the result. My recommendation is to apply the product directly to the most affected areas and let it sit for a few minutes before using the machine. Great product!! It removed the stains from my carpet very easily! And The heavy traffic areas were brought back to life! The versatility is incredible! I use it to clean my sinks, floors and countertops. This product is very easy to use! Just spray the areas that are a little more soiled, let it sit for a couple of hours, then scrub clean. The stains lift right up! A little goes along way! The size of the bottle is pretty big. Great value for your buck!

It does the work effortless, it’s a great product

This works well and smells fresh and clean. Heavy traffic, shedding dog and only carpeted area in our home....we use it with our upright Bissel and it left our carpet fresh as ever for a great price !!!

Do not use in your rug shampooer (Zep has a special cleaning compound formulation for that). Rather spray-apply onto your rug, let soak in and dry THEN use only water in your rug shampooer to finish the over-all two-day job. Use water only in your shampooer until the extracted water comes up clear in your machine's reservoir. Also, all windows open, folks. This is the best and most powerful compound ever so make the best of it.

Great carpet cleaner and you get a whole gallon versus 32 Oz or 64oz of the other cleaners. Works great on both carpet and upholstery.

I used a Bissell carpet cleaner to suck up the filthy carpet dirt and it woirked GREAT..... but I sprayed the dark spots and let the cleaner set for a few minutes working itself into the carpet fibress. Then INSTEAD of adding more cleaner into the warm water I used clean fresh water only to suck up the concentrated formula. It works well otherwise there is too suds everywhere. Zep make a great product for keep your carpets looking good. Q17 Recommended.

Best carpet shampoo I have seen yet. I have three kids and two dogs. Removes all stain and almost makes the carpet look for a new highly recommend if you want a fresh start with your carpet.
