My search for decent olive oil is over. Very smooth and buttery with no bitter after taste. I was fed up wasting my money on olive oil and will continue to purchase Hunter & Gatherer in future. I found them via an online taste test review and so glad I did ! Organic and cold pressed , exactly what you should look for. Love it !

Very happy to recommend this organic extra virgin olive oil. Its really great to come across a product whose founders are passionate about producing as natural and unadulterated a product as possible and not just concentrating on their bottom line or having to appease shareholders. This is a great product if a little expensive but not prohibitively so, the only trouble is the bottle only lasted me five weeks - I think a subscription is in order to get the price a little lower. Full recommendation.

Some of the more expensive oils can have too much of a peppery taste. This one for me, is just about right with a pleasant lingering after taste. Update: May 24th 2024 No regrets. I bought this originally for medicinal purposes and this is now my second bottle. There are a lot of recommendations that two tablespoons per day are a good dosage, personally I take one teaspoon in the morning just before breakfast and one in the evening before bed ie: total one desert spoon per day. I feel great, and my lost energy has returned. Don't get the impression that this is some magic cure all potion, because it is not. Quantities and dosage were arrived at by trial and error and will vary from individual to individual. I couple this with 5 grams of Marmite on toast for breakfast........with my boiled/poached egg of course. :-) Now where's my hoola hoop! Update August 24th 2024 Still going strong, Daily dosage is the same at one desert spoon, however, I am trialling 1 in the morning OR the evening, to see if there is any difference. One very minor niggle is the bottle. The surface is all but covered with label, leaving only a very narrow slot to determine how much is left in the bottle as the bottle itself is very dark glass..... bring out the torch! Star rating remains high. Last update I will be doing July 2025 Steady as she goes as they say. Using 1 tbs daily now and seems to be the right balance FOR ME!. I take it in the morning and wash it down with a glass of warm water (helps digestion apparently)
