Salty, slightly sour, and very dry.
These are great, dry and salty, just how I like them. Here's the thing. Salted plums- there are many ways these are prepared, varying from country to country. These specific ones, salty, slightly sour, very dry. I don't know if I could handle putting the whole thing in my mouth at once. If you prefer the more moist salted plums, or the sweeter ones, this specific product is not for you.

Rock Salt
Just got these. Opened up and tried one and it was hard as a rock and nothing but salt. Had my son try one and same issue. Now I have a box of rock salt that I can not return. Do not buy this product.

The best top of the line would buy again & again. All you need is a juicy orange or lemon and let the yummy times begin.

Rehydrate before you eat.
Arrived hard as rocks. I placed the seeds into a gallon bag, placed a moist paper towel over the seeds and another under, sealed it and put in the fridge for a week. Softening helps to take the fruit off the seed and remove a good amount of the salt. It took me a couple months but I enjoyed the whole bag. Hope this helps.

Extremely Salty
The product has way too much salt in it, and tastes almost totally as salt; you can't even tell if it has any plum in it. I fail to find anything "Premium" about it as the name of the product suggests. Moreover, when I tried to return it, I found it was not returnable, although no reason is given as to why it is not returnable. This was a foolish purchase on my part, and in the future this will not only serve as a reminder to not buy this product, but also discourage me from making any other similar purchases from Amazon in the future.
