Seems to work in boosting our immune system. (we've tried a few versions and this seems the best) Haven't been sick with viruses for quite awhile. Ran out recently and neglected to reorder. Nasty virus got me. The pill size is large so perhaps not for children. P.S. don't use any quercetin while using ivermectin. Both great, but not together.

I’ve been taking quercetin and bromelain for decades to help with allergies. I swear by the combination. It’s not very well absorbed though. My joints seem to also be quite a bit less sore also after heavy workouts. Being 50 years old and having less soreness after workouts is worth every penny. I have also noticed I get up less at night to urinate which tells me it is working for my prostate also.

Its a good supplement to take to give your body what it needs

So I have read that quercetin is very good for our health and can add years to our life, so I take these for the health benefits and I squeeze a little in my dogs wet food because it does wonders for his eye stains which I assume are from allergies. He is a small chihuahua and when I snip open the capsule I only use a dab, so each capsule probably lasts him four meals, I wouldn’t overdo it because it cause tummy issues.

Easy to swallow tablets and appear to have a good level of absorption. I have not suffered from any colds or bugs since I have been taking these supplements. I was impressed with the concentration of quercetin in the dosage and cost versus what similar competitors offer. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add a good supplement their diet with quercetin.

So on the label, it has some impressive dosage specs. And much cheaper then the named brands. But...Just swapped from Thorne which even had a lower dosage, it doesn't feel as effective. Thorne is still more pricey but your mileage will vary. I wouldn't recommend unless you need the price difference windfall. If it's less effective then a lower dosage Thorne (which is kinda the gold standard generally) then there's probably other factors you may not want in your body, if you're sensitive to that.
