PRODUCTION PROCESS Once the olives reach the press, their juice is extracted straight away using modern cold-press techniques. Strict quality controls are upheld throughout the process to ensure the oil retains all of its organoleptic properties. USE Unbeatable when used in salads, on toast or over carpaccio, octopus, fish and seafood and in sauteed dishes due to its natural flavor-enhancing qualities.
