EDIT: The company quickly responded and offered several resolutions. Nothing better than a company with excellent customer service. *** I purchased this chair in November. It's comfortable. My complaint is the screws keep coming loose and it squeaks really bad.

Really nice chair for a good price so i cant complain! Got it as a gift and it provides great lumbar support. Edit: Have had this chair since Oct 2024 and by March 2025 one of the metal pieces snapped that holds the arms rest making the chair tilt way too far back. Should've just saved money to buy a decent chair with how long it lasted.

It’s super cute, it’s pretty comfortable. Easy to put together, instructions were easy to read. My package didn’t come damaged which is great! I would say to get a cover or a blanket because it’s a bit uncomfortable when my skin sticks to the chair but other than that this chair is great

This is a great quality office chair. I bought this as an extra chair because my wife will occasionally be in my office, but have started using it as my own chair. It’s quite comfortable and ergonomic. I use it on carpet and it moves around on significantly better than my other chair. Obviously being on carpet it is quiet, but it is even quiet on hard wood. The adjustable arm rests are nice since my desk has a small shelf that sits lower. I can lower them and scoot as close as necessary. Overall a solid chair and great value.

The fabric did not hold up. The plastic where the wheels are broke. just not what I was expecting. Sorry for the late review.

I bought this chair after looking at what seemed to be a couple hundred on amazon. I settled on this one due to the price, the foot rest and the mesh material. And it was such a great buy. High quality, easy to assemble, and I use the foot rest all the time. Love airyness of the mesh and the support. Love that you can move the seat forward and back and lean all the way back if you want to.
