The product is not genuine.
After using the pens bought by me for the last 5 months, I found that the product is not genuine "butterflow.". The pen works well for a week or so than stop writing. More than half the ink in the refill is wasted. A genuine butterflow pen writes smoothly till the last bit of ink. I would not recommend this item to anybody.
